Eligibility criteria

Qualification eligibility (In general)
- For SSC JE (civil), BRO ministry of defense
Must be passed three years Diploma in civil engineering or equivalent from a recognized university. (desirable: two years working experience in civil construction in monitoring and executive of projects)
- For SSC JE (electrical & mechanical), BRO ministry of defense
Must have done three years Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering from a recognized university
- For Junior Engineer (Civil & Mechanical), Central Water Commission
Candidate should have done B.Tech. / B.E. / Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
- For Junior Engineer (Electrical), CPWD:
Should have completed B.Tech / B.E. / 3 years Diploma in Electrical engineering from a recognized University/Institute
- Junior Engineer (QS&C), MES:
Candidate should have done 3 years Diploma in Civil engineering from a recognized University/Institute OR completed Intermediate examination in Building and Quantity Surveying (Sub Divisional-II) from the Institute of Surveyors (India).

SSC JE Application Form 2022
Interested and eligible candidates who are seeking to appear in SSC JE 2022 must submit their online application before the due date. The application form of SSC JE 2022 will be released by Aug 2022 and candidates can online register themselves in both the papers i.e. for Part-1 and Part-2. SSC JE Syllabus 2022
The syllabus for SSC JE 2022 Exam will consist of three sections namely General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness and Technical Subjects (Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil & Structural). It is necessary for the candidates to go through the syllabus carefully and prepare accordingly to score better rank in the exam.
Admit Card
The admit card of SSC JE 2022 tier -1 will be released by Staff Selection Commission of India in the month of November 2022 tentatively. Candidates can download the SSC JE Admit Card 2022 from the official website link. Candidates are required to carry the valid copy of admit card with themselves to the Exam Centre. The authority will not allow any candidate to write in the exam without holding a valid copy of admit card.
Result
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will announce SSC JE 2022 result & Marks of Paper-I most likely in the month of April 2022. It is mandatory for candidates to qualify Paper-I in order to be eligible for Paper-II of SSC JE Exam 2022.
Cut off
The SSC JE 2022 cutoff will be decided by the SSC only after the announcement of result for each phase. The authority will release the Cut-Off separately for each tier, i.e. cut-off for Tier-I will be published first followed by Tier-II cutoff marks.
