National Level Exams
CAT
The Common Admission Test (CAT) is a national level entrance exam which is conducted by the different IIMs on the rotation basis. Clearing this exam offers the candidate admission in Indian Institute of Management (IIMs) and different Business schools of the country.
GMAT
The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is organized by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). The interested candidates can register themselves only one time in a month & can take the exam five times a year.
XAT
The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is conducted by the Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) on the behalf of XAMI. The application form for this aptitude test will be released in the month of September.
MAT
The All India Management Association (AIMA) will be conducting Management Aptitude Test (MAT) for providing admissions in different MBA colleges of the country. This exam is held four times in a year, generally in February, May, September, and December.
CMAT
The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is regulated by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It is a national level test, the application form for which will be provided in the month of November.
IIFT
The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) organizes IIFT entrance exam for admission in MBA (International Business) program at Kolkata & New Delhi campus. The candidates who wish to take this exam can fill out the application form for the same.
ATMA
ATMA (AIMS Test for Management Admissions) is a national level entrance exam conducted four times in a year to provide the qualified candidates admissions in the MBA degree courses. The exam is conducted by the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS).
CUCET
The Central University Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is organized by the ten Central Universities of India jointly. It is a national level exam organized for admission into UG, PG & Ph.D courses in various fields of management and engineering.
SAAT
The Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University organizes the Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University Admission Test. Clearing this exam offers the candidates the opportunity to get enrolled in different management courses offered by the university & its constituent institutions.
AIMA UGAT
AIMA (All India Management Association) organizes the AIMA UGAT (Under Graduate Aptitude Test) examination to select candidates for admissions in certain UG and Integrated MBA courses. The application form will be available from the month of November.
University Level Exams
SNAP
Symbiosis University will be organizing the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP). The main aim of this exam is to provide the selected candidates admission in management programmes at the Symbiosis University constituent institutions.
NMAT
NMIMS Management Aptitude Test (NMAT) is conducted by the Graduate Management Aptitude Council (GMAC). This entrance test is conducted to offer the candidates admissions in MBA degree programmes in various institutions that accept NMAT scores.
CUSAT
The Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) provide admissions to the candidates in different MBA programmes offered by the university. The admissions will be granted on the basis of marks scored in the current year CMAT/MAT/CAT score, GD & PI.
IBSAT
The ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test (IBSAT) is a university-level exam organized by the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, Hyderabad. Those who clear this exam will make the applicants eligible for admissions in various management programmes offered by ICFAI University & all India’s ICFAI Business School.
Delhi University Admission
The Delhi University offers admissions in the MBA degree program to the candidates based on their CAT score. The interested candidates interested can fill the admission form that will be available in the month of November.
Pondicherry University Admission
The Pondicherry University will be granting the candidates admissions in the MBA degree program on the basis of their CAT score. In addition to this, the candidates will have to clear the university conducted group discussion and personal interview to get final enrolment.
IPU CET
The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University conducts the Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (IPU CET). The candidates who wish to appear for the MBA programme entrance test can fill the application form that will be released in the month of January 2022.
PESSAT
The PES University conducts Scholastic Aptitude Test known as PESSAT to provide admission in various undergraduate & postgraduate programmes of the university. Candidates who are interested can fill the application form in the month of October.
AMU Admission
The Aligarh Muslim University conducts university level entrance exam for admission in various programmes of the university. Candidate can register for management course in the month of January 2022.
Allahabad University Admission
The Allahabad University organizes MBA (MONIBRA) Admission Test for admission in different management programmes offered by the university. The admissions are granted on the basis of marks secured in the admission test, group discussion & personal interviews.
BVP CET
The Bharti Vidyapeeth Deemed University conducts the BVP CET B-MAT aiming at the candidates seeking admission in MBA programmes offered by the university & its affiliated institutions. The candidates can fill the application form made available in the month of March 2022.
KIITEE
The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will be organizing the entrance exam, KIITEE to provide applicants admission in MBA, B.Tech, BCA, MCA & other courses offered by its constituent college. The application form will be available on the official website.
MU OET
The candidates who want to get admission in MBA programme offered by Manipal University can apply for the Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MU OET). The candidates will be selected on the basis of their academic record, test score and performance in the GD & PI.
PTU Admission
The admission into MBA programme in the Punjab Technical University will be provided on the basis of CMAT 2022 score. The admission will be made on the inter-se-merit of the qualifying examination, in case the seats are not completely filled by CMAT score.
LPU NEST
The Lovely Professional University will be conducting NEST (National Entrance and Scholarship Test) for admissions in different courses like MBA, B.Tech & other courses. The application form for this exam will be available in the month of November.
VMOU Admission
This Vardhman Mahaveer Open University will be organizing a university level entrance exam for providing admissions into various UG and PG programmes in the field of management, engineering, etc. The candidates can apply for the exam via the application form that will be made available in the month of January.
MICAT
MICA (Mudra Institute of Communication) conducts its own test MICA Admissions Test (MICAT) for granting admission into PGDM-C course that is equivalent to the MBA. Candidates who hold a valid CAT/MAT/GMAT scorecard are only eligible for admissions in this institute.
NMIMS NPAT
The Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies offers the students admission in MBA Tech (B.Tech+ MBA), MBA Pharma Tech (B.Pharm+ MBA). NMIMS NPAT is a university level exam organized for this purpose. The online registration for this exam will be started from the month of January 2022.
IMU CET
A common entrance test known as IMU CET is regulated by the Indian Maritime University for admission in different courses in the field of marine. MBA programme is offered in Port and Shipping Management & International Transportation and Logistics Management.
BHU Admission
The Banaras Hindu University offers MBA course in Agribusiness specializations. For this, it conducts entrance test and the qualified candidates are granted admission. The registration for this will start in the month of February 2022.
Lucknow University Admission
Lucknow University will be organizing a university level entrance exam to provide admission in the field of management, along with others. The examination will hopefully be conducted in the month of July 2022 for which the application form will be released in the month of May 2022.
IRMA Admission
The interested candidates can take admissions into the Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) and Fellowship Programme in Rural Management (FPRM) granted by the Institute of Rural Management (IRMA), Anand. The admission will be based on the CAT/XAT 2022 scores.
State Level Exams
Andhra Pradesh
AP ICET
On the behalf of A.P State Council of Higher Education, the Andhra University will be organizing Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET). Through this exam, the candidates will be granted admissions into MBA and MCA courses offered by different universities & colleges of the state.
Karnataka
Karnataka PGCET
The Karnataka PGCET (Post Graduate Common Entrance Test) is a state level test conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). Based on the score obtained in the test, the candidates will be eligible for admission into full-time/part-time MBA/M.Arch/ MCA/ M.Tech/ME, part-time M.Tech (QIP) programmes.
KMAT Karnataka
The Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) will be organized by the Karnataka Private Postgraduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA) to grant admissions in MBA, PGDM and MCA courses. The application form will be made available from the month of May 2022.
Kerala
KMAT Kerala
The KMAT (Kerala Management Admission Test) is a state level examination conducted by MG University, Kerala. On the basis of this test, admission in MBA programme is granted in various governments & private institutions of Kerala.
Maharashtra
MAH CET
The Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra will be organizing the MAH CET exam with the aim to grant the qualified candidates admission in MBA/MMS/PGDBM/PGDM programmes. The registration process for this exam will start in the month of February 2022.
Tamil Nadu
TANCET
Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) is regulated by the Anna University on behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu. The purpose of this test is to screen candidates for admission in MBA, MCA and M.E/M.Tech degree programmes.
Telangana
TS ICET
TS ICET (Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test) is organized by Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education. Clearing this exam provides the candidates an opportunity to take admission into MBA & MCA programmes offered by the Telangana state universities.
Uttar Pradesh
UPSEE
Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh will be conducting state level entrance exam called UPTU also known as Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam (UPSEE). The exam is organized for offering the selected candidates admission in B.Tech/B.Arch/B.Pharm/BFA, MBA/MCA/MAM, and several other courses.
